Technical Training

Technical training at 3DEXPERIENCE World is held in both lecture-style breakouts as well as hands-on sessions. The breakout sessions give attendees classroom-style learning on a wide variety of topics, taught by industry experts.

The hands-on sessions allow you to use the software and experience a deep-dive into a topic. Want to know about a new SOLIDWORKS product, head to the beginner sessions and quickly get up to speed, for the more advanced users head to the expert sessions and learn all the productivity tips from for fellow users that will take your productivity to the next level.

The skills and knowledge you learn during these sessions can be used immediately when you return to school, helping you to accelerate your design process and skills. With over 350 training sessions available, you are sure to find multiple topics of interest to you every day.

Student Job Fair*

Are you a college or university student? Join us at our second student job fair specifically designed for college and university students. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to get one-on-one time with Human Resource (HR) representatives from several of our SOLIDWORKS customers. Come prepared to speed interview your way through all these companies.

Life After School: A SOLIDWORKS Customer Panel Discussion

All students who register and attend 3DEXPERIENCE World 2020 will receive a free SOLIDWORKS Certification voucher, good for one year, in order to achieve one of the most distinguished 4 letters you can add after your name: CSWP.
The 3DEXPERIENCE Playground is the hub of the event, where over 100 SOLIDWORKS partners will showcase new technology, tools, and applications. Between all of the great breakout sessions, make sure to spend your time in the 3DEXPERIENCE Playground; learn how you can extend your investment with SOLIDWORKS and experience SOLIDWORKS-designed products and see how they are built.
Prior attendees have told us that the greatest value from attending 3DEXPERIENCE World is the endless networking opportunities, offered throughout the event, to connect with like-minded people. To register for the full conference you must be 18 years old or older and show proof that you are an active student at onsite registration. Seats are limited. Each full conference pass includes:

  • Access to all open conference sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Admission to the Partner Pavilion
  • All evening receptions and Tuesday’s Special Event
  • Breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks

*Hotel accomodations and transportation are not included.

Registration for students 18 and older closes on Wednesday January 29, 2020 or sooner if seats are full.

For students 17 and under, join us on Wednesday, February 12th for Student Day where students and their teachers or mentors can come to 3DEXPERIENCE World for free. This free Student Day pass is a one-day full-conference pass, a value of $495. It includes access to all open conference sessions, including the afternoon student panel discussion, admission to the Partner Pavilion, and breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks. Hotel accommodations and transportation are not included.
Seats are limited. Registration for Student Day closes on Friday, January 24, 2020.

To register for Student Day, teachers and mentors should contact Sara Junghans, SOLIDWORKS Education. Your registration is not complete until you receive confirmation from SOLIDWORKS. Registration for students 17 and younger must be made in advance by January 24, 2020. Student Day registration will not be allowed onsite.
